Who you are contracting with
Your booking is with Travel Premier Ltd t/a Skylite Travel, company number 12546387, registered office Level 11 Grti, 25 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4QZ. These terms are governed by English law.
Quotes
A quote is not a booking. Fares and hotel rates change constantly and are only held once the booking is confirmed and any required payment is made. We will tell you when a fare must be issued the same day.
Deposits and balances
Where a deposit is accepted, it secures the booking and the balance is due by the date we give you in writing. Some airline fares cannot be held on a deposit and must be paid in full at the time of issue. Deposits are generally non-refundable; we will tell you the position for your specific booking before you pay.
Changes and cancellations
Airline and hotel rules decide what a change or cancellation costs, and those rules vary by fare. We will quote the cost before making any change. Our own administration fee, if any, is disclosed at the same time.
Financial protection
Most of the flights and flight-inclusive packages we sell are ATOL protected by our suppliers. ATOL protection does not apply to all travel services listed on this website — please ask us to confirm what protection applies to your booking.
Passports, visas and health
You are responsible for holding a valid passport and the correct visas and travel documents. Requirements are set by the authorities of the country you are travelling to and can change at short notice. We will help, but you should check the official guidance yourself before you travel.
Our responsibility
We act as an agent in arranging your travel. Where the airline, hotel or supplier is the provider of the service, their conditions of carriage or booking terms apply to that service.
Complaints
Tell us as soon as possible and we will work through it with you. If something goes wrong while you are travelling, contact us and the supplier at the time, because most issues can only be resolved while you are there.
